The CAG Wellness Center is located inside of Redeemer Lutheran Church at 212 1st Ave. W McLaughlin SD 57642 - use the west entrance. Ring the doorbell!
Why a Wellness Center?
1) Offer the community a facility with the elements to support physical, mental. and spiritual wellness.
2) Partner with professionals or service organizations that provide wellness-related services to the community.
3) CAG Wellness Center provides a fitness center (equipped with essential workout equipment), a dry infrared sauna, massage therapy, inversion table, physical therapy dry needling, mental health counseling, treatment program services, diabetes program services, and a variety of wellness classes.
$10/month Membership or $1/Day Pass

The CAG Iyuha Othi Thrift Store has closed effective December 2025.
The Resource Center is moving into the Redeemer Lutheran Church building and will be available to the public for computer use, internet access, printing, or phone use during the Wellness Center hours.
Why a Resource Center?
1) Offer the public a facility that provides access to computers, internet, phone, and a multitude of resources and other information.
2) Provide a facility to assist others in developing workforce skills through various classes and workshops.

The CAG Soul Bowl is held every Wednesday & Saturday from 4-6pm MT/5-7pm CT in the dining hall of the Redeemer Lutheran Church.
The Soul Bowl is where community is at the heart of our mission and is an inviting place to anyone in need to enjoy a homestyle meal offered for free. All are welcome!!
The Soul Bowl Pantry is available to provide essential items, as needed, such as:
non-perishable food items, toilet paper, feminine products, personal hygiene care kits.
